Becca's Book Bonanza!

The Cuckoo's Calling

The Cuckoo's Calling - Robert Galbraith probably more of a 3.5. I enjoyed it, and it was a speedy read for me which is nice as I'm trying to catch up on my books read for the year! :)

Modelland

Modelland - Tyra Banks Holy crap I'm done! Only took me a year :-P it was insane but I'm giving it a 3 cause I was so entertained by the insanity. I have about 100 quotes highlighted in my Kindle just cause of the pure wtf'ery

Lady Louisa's Christmas Knight (The Duke's Daughters, #3)

Lady Louisa's Christmas Knight (The Duke's Daughters, #3) - Grace Burrowes 2.5 stars. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great.. it was TOO happy the entire time! I never thought I would miss the angst, but this one had such a lack of it that I do think it suffered a lot for it.
SPOILER ALERT!

Proper Gauge

Proper Gauge - Hugh Howey wasn't really into most of this until they started making their way back up the stairs. Seeing their relationship progress was pretty interesting. And what the heck is going on with the IT??!? What are they up to and why were they trying to poison the deputy???
Really excited for the next book. I hope Jules blows it wide open

Succubus Shadows

Succubus Shadows - Richelle Mead this author sure likes to torture her characters and readers doesn't she! :P

But I love it and can't get enough! ;_; Is the next one the last one in the series?
SPOILER ALERT!

Succubus Heat

Succubus Heat - Richelle Mead you know an author is really good when she gets me so emotional that I have to take almost a year off before moving on with the series.
Even after taking a break, I came back and just couldn't get through this book fast enough. I love every single character!

Ready Player One

Ready Player One - Ernest Cline 3.5

Dead in the Family: A Sookie Stackhouse Novel: Sookie Stackhouse Series, Book 10 (Sookie Stackhouse/True Blood)

Dead in the Family: A Sookie Stackhouse Novel: Sookie Stackhouse Series, Book 10 (Sookie Stackhouse/True Blood) - Charlaine Harris I liked this one a lot.. made me laugh out loud so much
SPOILER ALERT!

Santa Olivia

Santa Olivia - Jacqueline Carey the ending was so so perfect
SPOILER ALERT!

Boneshaker

Boneshaker - Cherie Priest Hated this booooook O_O I was praying for it to be over the entire time while listening to it on audio. The main female narrator was just so grating to my ears. Wil Wheaton's narration was the best part definitely. I couldn't stand the writing style and the words and grammar. It was just all irritating. About halfway through listening to it I had to put it on 2x speed just so I could get this book out of my life and call it done.

This book's story was so boring to me. Nothing interesting happened! I didn't care about any of the characters and just wanted it to be over :P

Anna Dressed in Blood

Anna Dressed in Blood - Kendare Blake fiiiinally finished after dragging through the 2nd half forever. This book was so flat for me. I didn't care about any of the characters and was just wanting to finish so that this book would stop taunting me on my goodreads "currently reading" list x_x

Dark Visions (Dark Visions, #1-3)

Dark Visions (Dark Visions, #1-3) - L.J. Smith Love these books! This is my favorite LJ Smith series

The Starlight Crystal

The Starlight Crystal - Christopher Pike read this at least 15 times throughout my life :P I love this book!

The Book Thief

The Book Thief - Markus Zusak pro-tip: Do not listen to the end of this book while biking through the city if you wish to look sane. (Just returned from an eventful riding & weeping fest)
SPOILER ALERT!

Specials

Specials - Scott Westerfeld started out ok, but the further the book went, I just found myself more and more disappointed.. and then ending with a feeling of anger. "THIS is what everything led up to?!!?!"

Zane's death seemed sooooo pointless. And then the ending, I was just left feeling mad :P

Uglies

Uglies - Scott Westerfeld So many things annoyed me about this book.. but somehow it kept me going til the end, wondering where it was going. And the ending left me REALLY wondering what will happen next..

Entertaining, but definitely not amazing :) I'll keep reading the series to give me some fluff between book club books :)
